So as you can see, the once Daily Dump is now Weekly. I'll try to post one every Friday.

So some new Pokemans were revealed today.

The white Pokemon is named Chiramii (チラーミィ). It is the Chinchilla Pokemon, a Normal-type. Its abilities are Cute Charm and Technician and it knows a new movie called "Sweep Slap," which hits the opponent multiple times. It is 0.4m tall and 5.8kg in weight.
The pink Pokemon is named Mun'na (ムンナ). It is the Dream Eater Pokemon, a Psychic-type, and has Forewarn and Synchronize as its abilities. A new attack it knows is "Telekinesis," which makes the opponent float in the air. It is 0.6m tall and 23.3kg in weight.
The mechanical Pokemon below is Gear (ギアル), appropriately titled the Gear Pokemon. It is a Steel-type and its ability is either "Plus" or "Minus." It has a new attack called "Gear Saucer," which you can see it using below - it attacks the opponent multiple times with both of its gears. It is 0.3m tall and weighs 21.0kg.
Mamepato (マメパト) is the Baby Pidgeon Pokemon and is a Normal / Flying type. Its abilities are either "Pidgeon Breast" or "Super Luck." In a screenshot below, Mijumaru tries to lower its Defense, but it doesn't work because one of Mamepato's abilities prevents it. It is 0.3m tall and weighs 2.1kg.
Hihidaruma (ヒヒダルマ) is the Flaming Pokemon, a Fire-type. Its ability is "Encourage." It is 1.3m tall and weighs 92.9kg.
Shimama (シママ) is the Charged Pokemon, an Electric-type, and has Lightningrod or Motor Drive as its abilities. It has a new attack called "Wild Volt," which does a lot of damage but also hurts the user. It is 0.8m tall and 29.8kg.
Meguroko (メグロコ) is the Desert Crocodile Pokemon, a Ground / Dark type. Its abilities are Intimidate and "Earthquake Spiral," the latter of which raises its Attack stat when it Knocks Out a Pokemon. It is 0.7m tall and weighs 15.2kg.

My favorite's are the Crocodile and the Fire Ape. It seems there's going to be alot more Dark and Fire types compared to Gen 4. So what do you think of these Pokemon?
Also, the Proffesor is a women named Prof. Aragi and you can have random Wi-Fi Matches.
I can't wait for Black And White.

My 3DS Wishlist

Sorry for the delay. School is almost over and my Homework is doubling...

Anywho, E3 is coming soon, so here's my list of titles I want to see on the 3DS:

3DS

Metroid Prime: Evolution
An intense Metroid FPS. It focuses more on Multiplayer. There are TONS of diffrent weapons. You can make your own customizable Load Out, like Modern Warfare 2. You can customize your own Bounty Hunter, change his/her appearance, etc. Online battles can have up to 32 Players. The Graphics utilize the 3DS's supposedley beastley technology.

F-Zero 3DS
I've never played the original ones, all I know is Captain Falcon is in it. But I think a 3D Racing Game would be awesome.

3DS Play
A Variety of diffrent minigames, in 3D, of course.

Super Smash Bros. 3DS
No comment. The awesomeness of this idea is to much to handle.

Pokemon Trading Card Game
There were trademarks for this, so I'm guessing it will happen.

Drill Dozer 2
The Sequel to the GBA game. It will have a rumble feature. When you Drill into something, bits of debris will fly towards you... In 3D!

lockd's Opinion: Animal Cruelty

Now, this one is diffrent from the other lockd's Opinion, but what the heck.

So earlier today, while I was walking home from School, I saw a Dog on a leesh sniffing a Garbage Can. His/her's owner stupidly yanked the dog by the collar and kicked him/her. ANIMAL CRUELTY!
I looked up Animal Cruelty, and I found a couple of things: Live Animal Sknning, Cock Fights, Slaughterhouses, How Foie Gras is made, and Pokemon. The way Foie Gras is made is disgusting. Google it if you dare.
So pretty much, I think Animal Cruelty is horrible. But still, that won't stop me from eating meat.

I'm kind of tired to do a DD, but oh well...

So today I finished a book called The Last Olympian, part of the Percy Jackson series. It was pretty good, I liked it alot. Have you read it before?
I've been enjoying my PSP alot recently, I bought a couple of new games: God Of War Chains of Olympus and a PSP Mini about a little Otter. I forgot it's name, though, something really strange.
The Apple iPad was released here in Canada a couple days ago. I kind if want one. Do you think it's revolutionary or just an iPod Touch on steroids?

lockd's Daily Dump: May 28th, 2010

So... Today was both incredibly Happy and sad. Happy because I finally figured out how to make a Cell in SFCO. Also because a large chunk of Pokemon Black and White were released today. The Legendary Cover Pokemon, Zekrom And Reshirom were shown, and also some footage in Hiun City. I'm sad because Gary Coleman, died today. Rest in Peace, Gary.

Current Blog Serials (or whatever they're called)

So as you know, I've started a few diffrent Blog Serials. They're like TV Shows, exept lamer and on a blog. My Current one's are: lockd's Opinion, where I, lockd, Rant about diffrent things. Reviews are well, reviews of Video Games. I try to keep them simple: An Introduction, Gameplay, Presentation and Conclusion. lockd's Daily Dump is where I discuss about something random, it could anything from Video Games to Waffle Irons.
So those 3 are the only ones I've made so far. I plan on improving the Daily Dump by adding pictures, Quote of the Day, etc. That's all for now.

Welcome to the 2nd Daily Dump.

Trust me, this'll probably be the last. No one even reads this! But anyways, did you watch American Idol today? Who woud've thought that Lee guy would win? Meh, I'm not into that stuff. Prince of Persia comes out on Friday. I hope it's as good a movie as it a game. On June 18, *TOY STORY 3* comes out! I've been dying for the third installment! I can't wait. There's also a big number of New Characters. I don't remember them all, but I think some are: Lotso, Ken, That Mantis guy, that robot, an octopus... Meh. In Toy Story 2, there were only 3 New Characters, as I recall, Jessie, Stinkey Pete and Bullseye... Alot to talk about, eh? See how I shifted from talking about American Idol to talking about Toy Story things. These Daily Dumps are kind of lame, and congrats if your still reading this.

Review: Syphon Filter Combat Ops (PSP)

In 2006, Sony Bend blew our minds away with Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror. The Following year, Syphon Filter made it's return on The PSP with Logan's Shadow. The next month, Syphon Filter: Combat Ops was released, exclusively on the PSN. For $9.99, is it really worth it?

Usally, games with this Price are Notorious for being crappy. Combat Ops is $9.99, but is it Crappy? No, not really.

Gameplay
Just like Dark Mirror and Logan's Shadow, Combat Ops is a Third Person Shooter. The controls are simple:
The Control Nub moves you, L Aims, R Shoots, Triangle, X, Square and Circle Looks around, Holding Right Changes Weapon, Left changes gear, Down crouches and up... What does Up do again? Damn... Anywho, the main gameplay is multiplayer only, so you either need Wi-Fi connection or a friend to play. There is however, a mission modifier, where you can make your own mission. It's a great feature. You can pick the Weather, everything.

Presentation
Combat Ops has beautiful graphics and visiuals. The Backdrops are wonderfully drawn. The Weather effects, oh man... I love them. The snow, the Rain, everything. The sound is wonderful to. I always love hearing: 'We've aquired the Arming Codes' on Sabotage. The movement of the characters is smooth, however, their is a bit of lag.

Conclusion
If your looking for the ultimate Online Experiance on the PSP, get Combat Ops. You won't regret it. With so many types of gameplay and the Mission Modifier, you won't want to put it down. It does however, lack Single Player Gameplay. But who needs that? For only 10 Bucks, you can enter a world of Pure awesome online gaming.

Welcome to another pointless post! I'm lockd, and here's my Daily Dump!

First of all, I don't meen 'Dump' as in... you know. Anywho, are you exited about E3 2010? What surprises do you think we'll get? For sure we'll be seeing Nintendo's 3DS, Microsofts Project Natal and Sony's Playstation Move. I wonder what launch titles the 3DS will have. I REALLY hope for an F-Zero 3DS. A Metroid 3DS would be pretty cool to. And speaking of Metroid, are you exited for Metroid Other M? And how about.... meh. Are you still readin this? Well if you are, kudos to you because your probably the 1st Person to actually read this, let alone visit this blog.

lockd's Opinion: Campers in COD

My most favorite FPS of all time is Call of duty Modern Warfare 2. I'm pretty bad at this game, but I still love it. It's just so satisfying to run around huge maps and Knife unsuspecting victims. But my Major Pet Peeve of this game are campers. Campers are people who stay in one place and hide there. Seriously, be a man and just explore the map! The best way to take a Camper out is with a Stun Grenade. They won't even see it coming. But don't trust me, I suck at this game.

lockd's Opinion: EV Training

I'm sure every good Pokemon Trainer has heard about EV training. If you haven't, than here it is. Say you have a Hitmonlee. You want it to have High Attack. What do you do? Look for a Pokemon that gives you Attack EV's, like Goldeen. What do you do? Fight hundreds of Goldeens. Yeah, you have to fight a bunch of them. The way I see it, EV Training is boring and time wasting. Why not just train them regularly? And if I explained it wrong, feel free to correct me :).

So... yeah. When was the last time I updated this thing? Like, November? Anyways, I've been logging tons of time on my PSP. After buying several Nintendo Points cards, I decided I should try buying a PSN card. The PSN store is pretty cool, but I think the Nintendo's Points system is simpler and better. I bought Age of Zombies right away. It was pretty fun, but I beat in less than 2 Days. The game that really blew my mind away was Syphon Filter Combat Ops. I fricken LOVE that game! To bad it's only Multiplayer, excluding the nice mission modifier.

DSiWare News:Reflection coming this month!

Konami's DSiware game Reflection has been announced for mid-November! Reflection is a platformer where you can see the screen in a mirror like view. Search it up on youtube to see some gameplay. It looks fun!

DSiWare Reviews: Electroplankton:Trapy.

Another cut down retail game! Oh joy!

Yesterday, Nintendo released a suite of games (or apps) for the DSiware service called Electroplankton. You may know Electroplankton was a retail game. In the retail game, you chose from a variety of plankton and make music with them. The game has amazing visuals and its really fun. Sadly, you probably can't find it in stores nowadays. But Nintendo released each plankton as DSiWare games! Allow me to review Trapy.

Making music with Trapy is simple. You tap the Trapy you want to control, and draw a line. The Trapy will follow the line and make music. The sound will change if you draw a diffrent shape or draw in another direction. You can also press the left or right buttons on the D-Pad to make them go faster or slower and press A to return to the normal speed.

There are 2 game modes: Performance and Audience. In performance, you can make your own music freely. In performance, the Trapy will perform for you. A major flaw in this game is you can't save your songs, so if you create a brilliant piece of music and you can't stop listining to it, and suddenly your DSi shuts down, you can't save the game.

Conclusion
Electroplankton Trapy is a fun music game with spectacular visuals. The audience mode is an o.k addition, but it dosen't save this game from o.k-ness.
I give this game 5.5 out of 10.
